About the Event
I will be guiding the kids though a very simple breathing exercise!   All in the comfort of your own home through our ZOOM conferencing tool. It’s like I’m right there with you! 

Do not forget:

  • A comfortable chair on which your child can sit (his feet must touch the ground).
  • A comfortable chair to sit on.
  • A calendar – We will take note of the days when we meditate! Use your own method to keep them motivated (stickers, checkmarks …)

To facilitate meetings, it is important that your child is in a calm and silent place. Ambient noise interferes with communication. If you are unable to stay with your child for the entire course (work from home or other engagement), don’t worry! Once the connection is established, you can take advantage of this moment to do something else! I’ll keep them entertained! If you are able to stay for the entire session, great!!

Mini homework!
This week, our homework is to take the two breaths we did together just before going to bed! Don’t forget to mark it on your calendar once it’s done! Catch up with you in a week!
